The
subtle mind exercise should help maintain or increase my positive thoughts.
When doing the loving kindness exercise it was a little frustrating to me,
maybe a little more than the subtle mind exercise. It was difficult for me to
concentrate on my emotions with both of them though.

the connection of the spiritual wellness to mental and physical wellness.
Explain how the connection is manifested in your personal life.
The connection between
spiritual wellness and physical wellness is the fact that when we keep our
bodies fit, or healthy it effects our emotions. For example, a person that
stays in shape and exercises on a weekly routine will have a more happier,
energetic, forgiving, or sense of belonging mind set compared to a person who
is not very active in taking care of their body and ends up with a depressing
mind set. So for me, I notice a change in how positive I am when I exercise
during the week. I enjoy feeling sore in my muscles because it makes me feel
like I accomplished something. I do not do this as much as I should though
